About Emma Ross
I’m Emma Ross, founder of Emma Ross Transformational Coaching and Consultancy, a space where ambitious, values-led women and energetically aligned entrepreneurs can find the clarity, courage, and calm they need to grow without burning out.
My work is deeply personal. I grew up seeing both the freedom and the fragility of entrepreneurship. My father, a hard-working business owner, lost our family home after an injury left him unable to work, without the safety net of insurance or a sustainable plan. That experience shaped my understanding of how quickly dreams can unravel without the right foundations, and how easy it is to become frozen, like a rabbit in headlights, when life changes overnight.
For over 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of human potential and practical change - as a mental health counsellor, organisational coach, holistic therapist, and project delivery specialist in the UK public sector. My career has taken me from leading complex community and tech projects, to supporting creatives, consultants, and business owners to transform not just their work, but their lives.
My approach: strategic and soul-led
I combine the rigour of strategy with the depth of therapeutic insight. My practice is trauma-informed and rooted in The Actualised Business Blueprint©, my copyrighted ten-part framework for creating growth that’s sustainable for both you and your nervous system. Developed from decades of lived and professional experience, this model is available exclusively to my coaching and consultancy clients.
Whether we’re refining your business model, reshaping your money mindset, or building your capacity to lead with confidence, we work at the meeting point of emotional safety and decisive action.
Clients often tell me I bring a calming clarity to their biggest decisions. As a Projector in Human Design (1/3 profile, Emotional Authority), my gift is seeing the patterns others can’t, then guiding you to act on what truly matters, in a way that honours your energy and your values.
Who I work with
I work with women who have already built something they’re proud of, yet feel the quiet pull of a bigger future. They are intelligent, capable, and often the ones holding everything together at work and at home. On the outside, they appear to have it all handled; on the inside, they’re wondering how to keep going at this pace without losing themselves.
Many are in the messy middle of a pivot or growth phase — standing at the edge of what’s next, knowing they can’t get there by doing more of the same. They want to lead with purpose, earn well, and create impact, but not at the cost of their health, relationships, or sense of self.
If that’s you, you don’t need someone to tell you to work harder. You need someone to walk alongside you, help you see the path ahead clearly, and make it feel safe enough to take the next brave step.
What working together feels like
You can expect a blend of strategic mapping, belief-restructuring, somatic tools, and gentle-but-direct truth-telling. This isn’t about forcing change — it’s about creating the conditions for you to act with confidence, even when the path is uncertain.
- Raised prices and redesigned their offers without losing their audience’s trust.
- Stepped back from burnout and restructured their businesses around their wellbeing.
- Found the courage to step into new markets, new leadership roles, and new creative ventures.
- Reclaimed the joy, balance, and sense of possibility they thought they’d lost.
Why I do this work
Because I’ve lived the reality of what happens when ambition meets overwork, poor planning, and a sudden change you didn’t choose. I know the disorientation of loss, the instinct to freeze when everything feels uncertain, and the courage it takes to move again when safety feels out of reach.
Because I believe leadership doesn’t have to mean self-sacrifice and that success built at the cost of your wellbeing is too high a price to pay.
And because I’ve seen, in my own life and in my clients’, the immeasurable ripple effect when a woman feels safe enough to be brave, grounded enough to act, and free enough to lead from her whole self.
If you’re ready to create your next chapter with more focus, freedom, and fulfilment, I’d be honoured to be your guide.
